1. Delivery Ecosystem Overview
THTWAAT operates a fully integrated logistics network. Our multi-vendor marketplace connects customers purchasing physical goods with local sellers, and dispatches independent agents via our Delivery Partner System to execute the fulfillment.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
When an order is placed and payment is confirmed via Razorpay, the order is immediately routed to the Seller Dashboard. Sellers are expected to pack and mark the inventory as "Ready for Pickup" promptly. They will receive a Push Notification when a delivery agent is assigned.
3. Live GPS Order Tracking
Customers receive real-time push notifications regarding their order status. Once a delivery partner picks up the order, customers can view the partner's location via Live GPS tracking in the THTWAAT Customer App until the package reaches their doorstep.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on:
- The distance between the seller's location and the delivery address.
- The volumetric weight of the physical goods.
5. Delivery Exceptions
If a delivery partner is unable to locate the customer or the customer is unavailable, the partner will attempt to contact the customer via the app. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the physical goods will be returned to the seller, and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed via Razorpay.
